All Door County Broadband user’s agree to abide by the Acceptable Use Policy.
Door County Broadband DOES provide assistance with the following issues:
Unusually slow, inconsistent, or nonexistent internet service
Limited support for email issues and client setup. Click here for email configuration information.
The equipment we provide for your internet connection, including cable, radio, and dish/antenna.
We offer router support if you decide to purchase a supported router through us.
Door County Broadband DOES NOT provide support for the following:
Network devices not provided by Door County Broadband including, but not limited to, additional routers, switches, or cables.
Third-party services or products such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.
Computer problems including viruses or broken hardware
The offices of DCB are open Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., excluding holidays. We promise to respond to any technical, billing, or administrative questions between those hours.
DCB offers after-hours technical support for level 1 issues, available 24/7. Please note that billing and administrative questions or problems cannot be handled by the on-call technician during these hours.
All service calls are subject to a $75/hour charge (30 minute minimum), not including materials required. The cost for common materials can be found below:
Ethernet Cable: $.50/foot
Armored Ethernet Cable: $1.00/foot
Tripod (5 foot): $75
Managed Router: $75
Power Supply: $20
If purchased through Door County Broadband, we will extend the manufacturer’s warranty on the Air Router HP for one year from the date of installation. Full warranty details can be found under the “General Warranty” section of the AirRouter HP User Guide.
